OVERVIEW
Welcome to FERLIU. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FERLIU. FERLIU operates this website and online store, including the information, content, features, products and services made available through it. Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you. These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, govern your use of ferliu.com and purchases made through our store. By accessing, browsing or using our website, or by placing an order with FERLIU, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. When placing an order or creating an account, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing details, payment information and delivery address. You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

2. PRODUCTS
FERLIU aims to display and describe its products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours, finishes, proportions or the appearance of a product may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, photography, lighting or manufacturing variations. Product descriptions, availability and specifications may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue products or limit quantities where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where a product does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

3. ORDERS
When you place an order through FERLIU, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment processing. After placing your order, you will normally receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment cannot be authorised or processed, a product is unavailable, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an obvious technical or administrative error, we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity, or we cannot lawfully fulfil the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the applicable payment method. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@ferliu.com. We will do our best to assist before an order has been processed, prepared for dispatch or shipped. Once processing or dispatch has progressed, we may no longer be able to change or cancel the order. This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on the Australian FERLIU store are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices displayed to consumers will include applicable taxes and unavoidable charges where required by Australian law. Any optional delivery charges, including available express shipping charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices, promotions and discounts may change from time to time. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FERLIU currently ships within Australia. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping is free on FERLIU orders within Australia, with estimated standard delivery of 3–15 business days after dispatch. Where available, express shipping is estimated at 1–3 business days after dispatch, and applicable express shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, destination or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes FERLIU's obligations where a customer does not receive goods they have paid for. Applicable Australian consumer protections continue to apply.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
FERLIU offers a 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible products. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a change-of-mind return. Eligibility requirements, exclusions, return shipping arrangements and the return process are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with that policy. Our voluntary 30-day return policy exists in addition to, and does not replace, rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law. 7. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our products come with consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund or compensation where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee. FERLIU's voluntary warranties, return periods, store policies and these Terms are additional to those rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

8. PRODUCT USE
Products should be used only as intended and in accordance with any instructions, warnings or information supplied with the product. Customers should consider whether a product is appropriate for their circumstances before use. Nothing in this section limits rights relating to unsafe, faulty or defective products under applicable Australian law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, content available through the FERLIU website, including branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, design elements, layouts and other materials, is owned by, licensed to or lawfully used by FERLIU. You may access the website for personal and non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, distribute, republish, commercially exploit or modify protected website content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names, trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

10. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may provide access to tools, applications or services supplied by third parties. These services may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and conditions. Your use of an optional third-party service may therefore also be subject to the terms imposed by that provider. FERLIU does not control every aspect of independent third-party services and is not responsible for their conduct except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. A link does not necessarily mean that FERLIU endorses, controls or is responsible for the third-party website. 12. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
FERLIU is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with FERLIU. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of the FERLIU products you purchase.

13. PRIVACY
Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at ferliu.com/policies/privacy-policy. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers that help us operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders or provide related services. 14. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to FERLIU, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content. You must not submit content that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights, contains unlawful, abusive or defamatory material, is knowingly false or misleading, contains malicious software or harmful code, or falsely represents your identity or experience. Where you provide content specifically for publication or promotional use, you grant FERLIU permission to use, reproduce and display that content for reasonable business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law. FERLIU may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

15. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical, technical or administrative errors relating to product descriptions, availability, pricing, promotions, shipping information or other store content. We may correct genuine errors or update information where reasonably necessary. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact the affected customer and provide an appropriate solution. Nothing in this section gives FERLIU a right to disregard obligations arising under applicable Australian consumer law.

16. PROHIBITED USES
You may use the FERLIU website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, to infringe intellectual property or other legal rights, to submit malicious software or harmful code, to interfere with the security or operation of the website, to obtain unauthorised access to systems or information, to impersonate another person, to collect personal information unlawfully, to spam, phish or engage in similar abusive activity, or in any manner that violates applicable law. 17. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access to certain Services where reasonably necessary, including in response to fraud, security concerns, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain effective.

18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND WARRANTIES
We aim to keep the FERLIU website available, secure and accurate. However, websites and online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure or circumstances outside our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that access to the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any guarantee, warranty, condition, right or remedy that applies under Australian Consumer Law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, FERLIU will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were caused solely by circumstances outside FERLIU's reasonable control, or arose from unlawful or improper use of the website by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies FERLIU's liability where doing so would be prohibited by law, including liability arising under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

20. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss suffered by FERLIU as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not require you to compensate FERLIU for loss caused by FERLIU's own conduct or where such an obligation would be unlawful or unfair under applicable law.

21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or severed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to operate to the extent permitted by law.

22. NO WAIVER
If FERLIU does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies and other terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services. Nothing in this section limits representations, guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Nothing in this section limits any statutory right a consumer may have concerning applicable law, jurisdiction or dispute resolution.

25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page together with its latest update date. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated appropriately. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that customers already have under applicable law.
